1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ToolBox Arena (toolboxarena.com), you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Description of Service
ToolBox Arena provides AI-powered tools (summarization, translation, grammar, PDF tools, and more), educational games (trivia, typing, word games, and more), and gamification features (XP, levels, achievements). The service is available in English and Spanish.
3. User Accounts
You may create an account using your email address. You must confirm your email to access all features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.
4. AI-Generated Content
AI tools use the Claude API (Anthropic) to process text. AI-generated content is informational only and does not constitute professional advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of generated content.
5. Usage Limits
Users have a daily pool of AI uses shared across all tools. Limits vary by user level. Premium users have unlimited uses. Additional uses can be earned by playing games in the Arena.
6. Payments & Subscriptions
Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy. Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal. Refunds are handled according to LemonSqueezy's refund policy.
7. User Content
Users may suggest content for games. Suggested content goes through AI generation and community validation. By suggesting content, you grant ToolBox Arena a license to use it on the platform. You must not suggest offensive, illegal, or third-party-infringing content.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You must not: abuse usage limits, manipulate the voting system, create multiple accounts to evade restrictions, use unauthorized bots or automation, submit inappropriate content, or interfere with platform operations.
9. Limitation of Liability
ToolBox Arena is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to registered users. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
